One of the essential steps in the engineering design process (EDP) is sketching and designing ideas. This can be done paper/pencil or through the integration of technology tools. SketchUp is a 3D design software that can be accessed free via the web and is accessible to beginners and advanced users alike. Come hear how you can integrate SketchUp into the design process in your classroom and try your hand at a few design challenges. Active participation in this session requires a Chromebook or laptop device with web access.
