The most frequently asked question I got as an Instructional Coach in the midst of a pandemic was - well what is everyone else doing in their classroom? Come learn how our school created a successful PD system for teachers to learn and be empowered by each other by participating in a Virtual Class Visit. Virtual caused us to think outside the box and create these, but this structure can be effectively applied in any setting.
