The South Carolina Center for Assistive Technology and Educational Research (SC-CATER) is not just about assistive technology but also empowering students with disabilities in the STEM fields. A variety of robots are available for STEM education curriculum, but how can these provide be used to empower students with disabilities? This presentation will also focus on identifying some of the pros and cons of commercially available robots with specific disabilities.
