COVID-19 GUIDELINES AND PRECAUTIONS
Per current CDC guidelines, we ask that all attendees, regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask indoors while attending EdTech 2021. You will find face masks and hand sanitizer included in your registration materials. Should you need additional masks, visit any registration counter during the conference to request a disposable one. Please follow all social distancing markers that you find throughout the convention center and maintain physical distance with other attendees. Hand sanitizer stations can be found throughout the convention center and at the registration counters. For your protection, meeting rooms will be set at lower capacities this year to aid in social distancing. All food items provided by the conference for breakfasts and refreshment breaks will be individually wrapped. Please do not attend EdTech 2021 if you have a fever, symptoms of COVID-19, or have been exposed to a known COVID-19 case in the past 14 days. EXHIBIT HALL VIRTUAL PRIZE DRAWING
As a registered attendee at EdTech 2021, you are entered in our Exhibit Hall Virtual Prize Drawing, no signing up required! In order to maintain social distancing in the Exhibit Hall, winners’ names will be drawn at random and announced via the conference mobile app the morning of Thursday, October 21. eTRANSCRIPT ATTENDEE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRACKING SERVICE
Once again, we are putting you in control of your session tracking! After you attend a session, just visit the EdTech website (http://edtech.scaet.org) and click on the “My eTranscript” link. Enter the e-mail address that you used to register for EdTech then select your session from the dropdown. Click “Add Session to Transcript.” Once you’ve entered all of the session you attended, follow the instructions on the website to generate your transcript. You can use this conference transcript to submit to your organization’s human resources or professional development coordinator for possible professional development credits.
DINING OPTIONS
EdTech 2021 is providing breakfast to our registered attendees each morning. Offerings include juice, coffee, tea, muffins, and danishes. Wednesday and Thursday afternoons will include Refreshment Breaks in the exhibit hall, featuring cookies, brownies, tea, and lemonade. In addition, food options will be available for purchase on Wednesday (10:00-3:00) and Thursday (10:00-2:00) at the concession stands in the Exhibit Hall and Hall of Fame area.
