Lieutenant Fay is the Cyber Liaison Officer Program Coordinator for the SC Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity Program and helps oversee its daily operations. He assists critical infrastructure organizations around SC to secure their cyber infrastructure, provide actionable intelligence, and respond to cyber threats. He also leads a State and Federal cyber task force. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business and is completing his master’s in criminal justice. He is a Certified Ethical Hacker, Certified Network Defense Architect, and Certified Cyber Crimes Investigator. LT Fay is a regional vice president for the SC InfraGard program and a Major in the US Army Reserves.
